PositiveMy family and I had to make the hard decision to move our mother in here in April. Things happened quickly, but with her deteriorating health, it was the right thing to do. They were very detailed when it came to explaining everything. Now I see that she’s made friends and participates in a lot of the activities here. PositiveThe folks were very warm, welcoming and friendly. Very patient when mother was indecisive about the size of the room she would ultimately take. But we've had trouble with getting the paperwork on her rental corrected. There have been glitches with her medication distribution. They renewed eye drops for over $300 that mother did not need.
