I give Laketown Village 5 stars. The apartment had been completely updated and was bright and clean. The staff was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend them to others. Most families are in uncharted waters. It was so nice to know that there were people who knew what I was dealing with.

My cousin was a resident of Laketown Village for +9 years. She loved it there and enjoyed the facility. I visited her regularly and was very happy with the care she was given, the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the facility. PositiveWould recommend with a little more support from the staff.
The accommodations are really nice. The staff is really not there like we thought. We asked for a PT awhile ago and that didn't happen. They automatically took $[removed] out for charges she didn't incur. We did get that figured out. Some of this is more on my mom. She can do more than what she does. We're not sure what she's exaggerating on and what really isn't happening. Overall, it is good for her and us.

The only way the only reason that I did not give it a five was for the food. I am happy with everything else with the food is not great. Room sizes are very good. I have an apartment that has a bay window a big closet we laugh it's it's seems like we could put a cot in there and make another room. The bathroom is a good size. The showers are very small.
