PositiveI give Laketown Village 5 stars. The apartment had been completely updated and was bright and clean. The staff was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend them to others. Most families are in uncharted waters. It was so nice to know that there were people who knew what I was dealing with.

PositiveMy cousin was a resident of Laketown Village for +9 years. She loved it there and enjoyed the facility. I visited her regularly and was very happy with the care she was given, the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the facility. I would often observe the residents enjoying their time doing different activities. The administrators ( [Name removed] [Name removed] [Name removed] and [Name removed]) were very helpful when I needed anything. Everyone from the receptionists to the housekeepers were very caring an…

PositiveThe accommodations are really nice. The staff is really not there like we thought. We asked for a PT awhile ago and that didn't happen. They automatically took $[removed] out for charges she didn't incur. We did get that figured out. Some of this is more on my mom. She can do more than what she does. We're not sure what she's exaggerating on and what really isn't happening. Overall, it is good for her and us.

PositiveThe only way the only reason that I did not give it a five was for the food. I am happy with everything else with the food is not great. Room sizes are very good. I have an apartment that has a bay window a big closet we laugh it's it's seems like we could put a cot in there and make another room. The bathroom is a good size. The showers are very small. That is a concern, but you get used to it the amenities we have bingo. I think four times a week. We have a game called spin Topia, which is like Jeopardy. we have…

PositiveMy mom has passed away in December, but my dad is still at Laketown and we are so grateful that he has this wonderful community around him instead of being alone in a house with no one around. They are very helpful every step of the way. Whatever you are trying to work through as you move in and after you're a resident, they have resources and they care about assisting you. From the basics to Hospice, questions re assessments for levels of care, dietary restrictions, etc. I always knew I could make a call and get a…
