The management team is on site and knows all the patients and interacts with them. They have a very active activities plan that gets everyone moving and involved. They hold special events. They assign people in particular to care for each patient so they are more familiar. Also open door policy for family.

They look after her like she is family and it makes me feel so much peace of mind knowing that she's in good hands that she's being looked after and cared for with such competent professionals. I truly feel like this is a family atmosphere. It's a tragic situation, Our situation was really complicated with me moving my mother-in-law down from Pennsylvania after the loss of her son.
