Everyone really seemed to truly care for mom and even became attached to her and wept when she passed. My mother sadly went down very quickly which was not at all expected from her doctors Everyone from the cook to the pharm tech we're on board and actively trying to keep ahead of her rapid decline. I loved the small environment there and miss everyone as they felt so close to our family.

The staff are Wonderful!

[name removed] patiently showed us around a couple times and guided us through the process. Getting settled in was a breeze and the staff have been so friendly and helpful to mom and us. They make a hard process much more manageable! They are very accessible to us as family too. Mom likes the food and the activities.

My sister was asked to leave her former residence unexpectedly. She had no place to go. A Place for Mom referred us to Iris. I recently visited Iris Memory Care, Dallas, Texas and took a full tour of the facility. I met with [name removed] in the Administration/Marketing Department who answered all my questions, introduced my to the Head of their Nursing Department and was taken on a full tour of the entire facility. All residents were clean and nicely dressed and appeared to receive highest levels of individual and group care. The living quarters were all very clean and personally furnished to provide both mental and physical comfort. …

Amazing place

We have dealt with [name removed] from the beginning and she is so amazing. She’s very interested in helping and she did ans actuallY still does. She is always texting pictures of our cousin and letting us know how he is doing . We love that. We had [name removed] in another facility and it was horrible . We recommend this facility and working with [name removed] to anyone that needs a place for their loved one. We love [name removed]

Very warming

Gram the moment I walked through doors. I could feel the warmth. It was nice and clean. There was a balloon volleyball game on with the residents. Along with a baking class, they were making strawberry cupcakes. But what impressed me the most was how caring the staff was with the residents.
