Cleanliness, all- inclusive pricing. Very large comfortable room. Staff are all very friendly & staff/Nurse contact me regarding anything that happens with Dad. I do have to say that I am not that impressed with the overall quality of care. My sister in law noticed that she was wet in her pants and when she told the aide she said ok we will change her after she eats dinner. That is an unexceptional answer. Another aide was notified and she cleaned mom up. She was also not getting her hair washed when in the shower. I was told that she would have to ask for her hair to be washed. Being a dementia patient she would not ever ask for that. It just makes me think what else is g…

We have had some hiccups along the way in other areas but I find the staff to be very hardworking and helpful and I would highly recommend the facility. It's amazing how quickly the entire staff knows each resident by name and know their routine and where they are. The entire staff team are very helpful and accommodating. Staff is great. Apartment size is good also. Will say they could improve meal service. Everyone eats the same time and it takes a long time. The place is really nice and clean like it's it's really nice. They do a good job keeping it clean.
