Overall, it's great. Issues here and there around growing pains. It's new so there's new staff, new residents, new systems, new construction issues, etc. Food service is subcontracted. Still some things to correct there but she likes what they are serving and they have gluten free options so it's fine. It could be better, but it's fine Care Staff has been excellent. Our family's experience

The staff were extremely helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We always felt welcomed and supported. There was a long wait (9 months) with many delays due to the poorly managed construction process. But it was not fault the caregiving staff. They reached out to us and sent staff to our house during the day and some nights. So, for our situation, it was our only viable choice.

Too pricey for my taste, although all I needed was there. Rooms were smaller than expected, especially the restroom, where I believe there would be an issue with showering and using the facilities.

This is a beautiful location and a facility that has thought of all that anyone could need to make their life stress free and very comfortable. The staff I met were very well informed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Met the sales director, [removed name]. He was personable, informed and extremely helpful. Explanations of facility amenities were clear and constructive. Came across as sincere and empathetic to our needs and complicated circumstances. Was very accommodating when I showed up with my wife on very short notice and made her feel welcome wanted.
