Our tour coordinator [Name Removed] was incredible. I toured 7 communities within a few days and Ivy Park and [Name removed] were hands down the standouts. He showed so much empathy for the clients and their experiences. But also I was struck by the flexibility and inclusivity of seniors who are on all parts of the aging spectrum. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Did not have respite care as I was led to believe when setting up appt.but since I was there went ahead and looked around. Left with a box of fabulous cookies ! Facikirty and staff pleasant but did not meet my needs.

Great experience for mom and I at IVY PARK Walnut Creek

5 on all. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are super nice and caring. The food is excellent and the activities run all day long. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Great Staff

Ivy Park is a 5 star place. The staff are all very friendly and do a great job there are different activities all day long .There food is great and has a wide variety of choices .Overall experience has been great supper friendly staff great health services Restaurant style dining clean warm place. The apartments are updated clean and nice. I would definitely recommend Ivy Park for anyone who needs assisted living.

Warm and inviting

It's a beautiful open and warm environment. I have visited several assisted-living facilities and this one just felt like home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and are really good with residence who need a little more attention when it comes to memory and things like that
