PositiveIt is being renovated and it is taking a really.....long time! However, the staff (those my mother and I work with) are wonderfully compassionate and friendly. They are nurturing during bathing time, medications are delivered on schedule, the food is yummy and includes a great varied menu. My mother's mental and physical health has improved amazingly since she joined the facility one year ago.

PositiveMy mother has few and loose teeth so she cannot chew many of the meals provided. But the food is always yummy. There always seems to be something offered. I am very grateful that my mother can live at Ivybrook. Her social security covers almost one-third of the expense and I must come up with the rest. It's all I can afford. Hopefully there will not be a cost increase. Yes. I have recommended it to others already

PositiveWhen our loved one was moving into the community they had a big welcoming sign and the staff came up to our loved one and other residents and was introducing themselves which we thought it was really nice and appreciated that. Everyone there is just so welcoming and the staff really did seem excited to have him there. He really likes the meals and says how tasty they always are. They give the residents an activities schedule to see all the different things going on, and he really does enjoy socializing.
