The facility is very clean, and has several activities for the residents. The room size is ample for what a resident would need.

Staff was very attentive to my aunt's needs. She came to Jefferson Memory Care from being at another facility for 8 wks. (At other facility, She "fell" out of bed twice, second resulted in broken ribs and vertebrae. Was not attended to for hours, leaving her pinned between the wall and bed, with her head on the floor and feet in the bed.) I was able to get her transferred to Jefferson Memory Care with the aid of hospice. Staff at JMC was caring, amazing and I would highly recommend them. Sadly, my aunt was only th…

I would give all categories a 5. We have had a great experience with Jefferson Memory Care and would highly recommend them. The staff are very committed to the residents. Even on the weekends there are activities all day. The staff communicates with family and outside agencies working with the residents.

The staff at Jefferson Memory Care are outstanding. I spent a fair amount of time in the facility with my husband. Time and again I witnessed staff responding to challenging situations with calmness and gentleness. Multiple times I heard staff members say they viewed residents as family, and they backed up those words with their actions. The only negative I observed was the quality of some of the food.
