The facilities, food, events, and most importantly, the people, have all been great! Very happy with our experience at Jubilation. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

You need to enjoy casseroles. Maintenance crew support is very good. As always your initial and ongoing costs are more than estimate.

Review for Jubilation

My mom has said the food has been pretty good other than lack of salt. She is in the 2 bedroom, tons of closet space. It has a full kitchen with eating room at the counter. Right next to Fred Nats stadium and close to Central Park for all of your shopping needs but it is away from the hustle and bustle of Plank Rd and the main road through the shopping area Carl D Silver Parkway. The only negative so far is the water is really stinky. It has a strong sulfur smell, I am not sure if the is because of the public water…

Additionally, our 24-hour maintenance team is always available to assist with any issues that may arise. If you alert the concierge, they can place a request to have the water heater drained and refilled — this is the most likely cause of the odor. No more stinky water! ??

Jubilation

Just making sure it is right for them. It is an independent living facility. It is very clean they have lots of activities. The staff have been super personable and helpful with what she needs. The location is in the heart of dining and shopping so you don't have to go far for any needs eg. Medication, food, restaurants..etc. My mother is [age removed]. She was on hospice for a while at the facility. She ended up coming off hospice and the staff have been extremely helpful with bringing her food for the dining room…

Review for Jubilation

Some of the information given was incorrect. I was told that there were four entrees to choose from. There are only two. You get soup your entree and dessert. There's always a meat or two and veggies. There's a salad bar and a dessert bar. And sometimes if you don't get up from your meal and go get dessert and you may not get any or you get what's left over. The food overall if you like eating it's not bad at all.
