★★★★★
CriticalOverall the place is a strong 3, communication is a solid 2, she was no engaging in activities and getting return phone calls from the staff was a joke. I left a message for[name removed]and to this date, he has not returned my call. The only reason I didnt do a Google review is because we live in Texas. Staff needs stronger accountability!!!
★★★★★

PositiveWe interviewed 5 places and none stood the test of excellence like The Providence at Fairfax. The entire staff excels in every phase of care, kindness and happiness. They obviously like their jobs as it shows in everything they do. Mother is very happy there and I'm comfortable with the choice we made for her. Activities are numerous with a great range for anyone, dining room is beautiful, staff is attentive and the menu is varied.
★★★★★

The bathroom is large with a zero-entry shower (this was a deal breaker …
