Juniper Village at Monroeville

This place is top notch. Every employee goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, comfortable and has a very homey atmosphere. The food is tremendous, all homemade by chef [name removed] who is an absolute sweetheart. I had absolutely no reservations about leaving my dad there, as hard as that is. It just feels like home and he made friends the first day. Take a look and you will see.

Review for Juniper Village at Monroeville

There were good things about the facility and also some things that weren't so great. However, my dad's level of care increased while he was there, eventually being too much for this facility. A majority of the staff was very kind and helpful and the facility was clean and bright. For a fully functioning resident, I imagine Juniper would be great. Our parent required extra help and often when we went to visit, it was apparent that no one had checked on him for extended periods of time.

The facility is clean and were willing to work with us with any concerns. Food was excellent and people were kind and friendly. They were always available for any questions or concerns! We had a very positive experience there.

Facility was bright and cheerful. Residents seemed very engaging with activities. All employees had a smile on their face and acknowledged me. Excellent presentation.
