I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody that wants to be able to get up that can't walk. I didn't care for it. I didn't like it at all. It was a very clean place. It was a new addition or they had really picked up that room. Everything was new. I want that, but I wasn't there for the ambience

My mom used to reside on the assisted living side of the building. The executive director is all talk and never seems to be present when we have problems. When she does show up, she often blames her inheritance of the building and the lack of support from corporate. The sales manager is condescending and believes everyone is beneath her. There are frequent power struggles among the management, and the front desk staff needs extensive training in hospitality and compassion. The nurse wants to move everyone to memory…

PositiveIncredibly kind staff in a relaxed and flexible facility
We were drawn to Juniper because they are dog friendly and allow smoking. What impressed us the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. If there are mistakes, there quickly addressed. Everybody knows my mom and her dog! And they're flexible rather than rigid which I think is vital for having a community and a home. We are very happy here.

Food is mediocre. Bad or non existent communication between aides and nurse. We moved out. When asked for corporates phone number...I was told no one at Juniper had it....looked it up on internet. Gave them a call. They were very receptive to my complaints and concerns. No hot water for over 30 days. Told to shower in another room...
