Review for Juniper Village at South Hills

I would never recommend this place to anyone else. The promises they made have not been kept. I don't feel like they are taking proper care of her and some of the people that work there have attitudes when we ask simple questions. I'm so unhappy.

It was close to home and recommended. I would maybe recommend the regular unit but not the unit for dementia .

A wonderful choice for memory care

Overall staff is great and professional especially in the memory care unit. The facility itself continues to improve the atmosphere and environment for all patients. I particularly enjoyed seeing the new Haven room which is a calming space for patients in memory care. A welcome addition to the facility!

It's been an okay experience even for one who feels this level of care isn't fully required.

Food.2 my mother, asked about gluten-free alternatives and was told that if you wanted it, family had to provide it which I have done. 7. Activities seem good, mostly in-house. 4 8. Value for money -I wonder. Some of the rules seemed to change quickly once we arrived. For example, she had a pet dog that she was very keen on and w
