About the community
Kavod Senior Life (Kavod) is a place to call home. We have 26 spacious Assisted Living apartments, where our residents and care partners become like a second family. Kavod has been in operation since 1971. Our residents come from all faiths, traditions and backgrounds. We are an inclusive and welcoming community for older adults of all walks of life. After 50 years, we are very skilled in meeting the housing and care needs of older adults. We have won several awards, including the ICAA-NuStep Beacon Award for Top 25 Best in Wellness (2019 & 2020), the LeadingAge - Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Equity Award (2019), and many more. Our location in Denver, Colorado can't be beat. Located in the heart of beautiful Cherry Creek, we are steps away from parks, walking paths, restaurants, a movie theater, banks and shopping. We serve the entire metro Denver region and beyond. Our Assisted Living apartments are nestled in our larger campus of Independent Living. Together, we have three interconnected buildings, all indoor accessible. Two dining rooms are available for Assisted Living residents, as well as sitting areas, a computer bank, libraries, gym, raised outdoor garden beds and a wellness center that include decks with incredible views. We are one of the few properties with a geriatric medical clinic right on site. We also offer chaplaincy, care coordination, free wi-fi, and so much more. We think you'll love living here. PositiveThe food is great my mom really loves it, she is engaged because of all the activities, and there are numerous services that promote health rather than decline. The staff is friendly, and she has a sense that they care for her. When they bring prospective residents and they have them to my mom's apartment. It's set up very cute and is a good representation of what they can do with a studio apartment

PositiveKavod senior life is a gem to me, it has been my grandparents and my mothers home for over 20 years. Kavod means much more to me than just a senior life apartments. PositiveMy grandmother (about to be 90 years old) moved into Kavod about 8 years ago. She lived in an independent unit for most of these years and is transitioning to an assisted living unit now.
