PositiveI would rate Keystone 4. I feel the nurses and aides really try to make my Mom comfortable. When I have a question or concern the nurses are most helpful. The activities available for the memory care folks continue throughout the day. The meals are good and have a family atmosphere.

PositiveStaff-superior people! Especially [name removed] , [name removed]and [name removed]. The cleaning staff (I have mostly had [name removed]) are friendly and efficient. Kitchen staff exceeds expectations because of the heavy workload and not enough servers. The menus leave a lot to be desired. But understandable since it is difficult to please everyone. I eat out a lot or cook in my apartment. One of the reasons I picked Keystone was the size of the kitchen in my apartment.

PositiveWe are very happy with our time at Keystone! The staff is very warm and friendly and really do care about my mom. My mom can be feisty sometimes, and they love that she is. They have told me that if she wasn't feisty, they would think that she was giving up. They have had multiple activity directors during our few years at Keystone.
