Great place! Good communication about health needs. Food is excellent. Staff, especially memory care, is very good. Kind with a good sense of humor. Good communication with medical staff. Some billing difficulties but new software with the parent company is resolving.

I would rate them all a 5. The only thing that is a little bit of a concern is the outside therapists that work there. Their care staff is amazing. They truly show their love for their profession in the way they take care of the residents. The administration is always willing to listen to what you have to say. PositiveI really only spoke with the Director of Sales at Kiley Ranch. She was quite knowledgeable and an answered all questions. We are still in the process of getting mom on board. My biggest priority is mom’s medical care. The medical group that my mom is established with visits there every two weeks, so that is a big plus to me for my mom. We hope to have her moved in, in two to three weeks.
