Since the sale food service is bad

Since the sale of the property the food has declined substantially. Very few choices and quality has gone down. I am looking at moving because the new owners do not care about the residents. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Since they took over on [date removed] I have not received a correct monthly billing.

Bedsores & Numerous Falls!

My sister’s health has declined due to several factors. Kingswood doesn’t offer transparency in their review policy! Kingswood doesn’t offer have ample staff to handle the many needs of an End-of-Life patient. The combination of Kingswood and KC Hospice may not be a good fit for a patient with mobility issues. Mom Enjoys It

My mom has found a really good community to be a part of and is enjoying it. She appreciates being cooked for and having choices at mealtimes. The staff are friendly. And the apartment is great.

Friendly Staff

Dealing with COVID-19 is hard. It's very clean. They have been very friendly. The staff have been very positive so far. They provide a very good service and have fairly good value. Overall, we are very satisifed compared to other spaces. I would recommend to other families.

We toured the community and felt very rushed by the staff. I felt they were not listening to us and It really didn't fit our needs

The community is amazing and every time I check-in or go to the community I am reassured that we made the right choice. Everyone helps with the residents and they all know my loved one by name. They treat all the residence with respect. Communication is very good and they keep us informed. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
