My loved one is currently a resident at Lake Shore Assisted Living Residence. The facility was just recently mostly remodeled, so it's in very nice shape. It's very clean. The staff that I have met is friendly so far. There have been no complaints about the food from my loved one as of yet. The move in process was a little rocky, but it ironed out. I would recommend Lake Shore Assisted Living Residence to others, in fact, I already have.

Staffing availability

Lake Shore may not be the most super luxurious community but it makes up for it in other areas. It is beautifully landscaped and the residents and families can sit outside and look at the nearby lake. The staffing is incredible, there never seems to be a question that cannot be answered and they are very aware of what your loved one has been up to. The value for the money is incredible especially for the quality of everything they offer. There are activities going on but our loved one has not been able to fully tak…

I did not like this community at all. I just did not get a good vibe it just seemed like a ghost town and residents wandering looking for staff to help them.

A good experience

Lake Shore community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. When we go to visit our loved one the meals look and smell really good, and they offer a lot of activities for the residents.
