My parents now live there and like it a lot. They have friends that moved there first and for them that was a big deal. The staff seems caring, responsible, and helpful. They are happy so my brother and I are happy. Improvements that could be made on the food: Less salt, and a choice in proportion sizes, along with more vegetarian options would be great.

The moment I walked into The Normandy, I was greeted with a smile by all. The staff knew my name, offered all kinds of help, always letting one know it was no problem to assist me in any way. The residents were wonderful, making sure I was included in the activities, especially making sure I never sat alone at meals. I have been here eight months and am surrounded by "family". This is such a warm, loving home.

The facility is very nice and security is good. The staff are nice and responsive. My father loves the food, my mother finds the portions too big. Also, dessert is an additional charge, and my father loves dessert. My mother worries about the little changes adding up and diminishing the resources. Overall, very satisfied with where they are at. Staff are responsive to the residents.
