PositiveEveryone that I have had contact with, has been very helpful, supportive, and accommodating. I can't say much about the food, I have only eaten here a couple of times. So far, so good.

PositiveMy mother likes her new apartment but is finding the atmosphere inside the main bldg depressing and doesn't want to participate with activities inside as a result. I realize that's normal aging depression but it's what she has said. Also the food evidently is horrible and the residents have officially complained many times to no avail. My mother worked for many yrs with Kitchen Angels and is not complaining since she cooks for herself. But she is concerned about what will happen if she can't cook for herself there.

PositiveSecurity at the front door can be improved. The room cleaning was average at best. Possibly more activities for more at risk seniors. . In general, I would recommend the facility. Its beautiful. The rooms are very large. Beautiful location. Good good menu.

CriticalMy friend has lived at Las Soleras for a number of years. I am a frequent visitor. Problems: constant staff turnover, including management; extremely poor meal service in terms of consistent food choices/availability; inconsistent cooking and wait staff; extremely long waits for meals. Repairs on apartments are also inconsistent and slow to be completed. Corporate owners/investors have no concern for running a smooth, welcoming and healthy senior facility, cutting corners, micromanaging management and treating staf…
