About the community
Pegasus Landing of Santa Fe provides conscientious care in the inspiring New Mexican landscape. The adobe-style facility sits on the city's edge in the middle of the high desert prairie. Residents can see mountains in the distance and breathe the famously fresh air all day. Santa Fe brings in a lot of tourists for a reason. The nearly magical landscape mingles energetically with the unique Southwestern culture. You can walk your cowboy boots through the ochre sandstone with the deep blue sky overhead until you reach the Georgie O’Keefe museum. Here, you can appreciate the desert in a new way through the artist’s eyes, and after, enjoy green chile enchiladas at one of the many renowned New Mexican restaurants in the area. Pegasus Landing of Santa Fe is a large group care home. It offers a range of care options, including assisted living, memory care, and respite care. The choices don’t stop there: You can also choose from a few different floor plans, ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments. The facility is fully equipped with community areas and amenities to keep residents engaged and active. The wide and covered outdoor patio is a popular place to chat and play games, but residents can also use the game room, fitness room, bistro, or library. Pegasus Landing of Santa Fe really shines in its dining room options, providing up to five communal or private dining rooms for the seniors. Care Associates provide 24/7 care to make sure your loved ones receive their weekly housekeeping, grooming, and dietary needs. Pegasus Landing of Santa Fe, seniors and families appreciate the consistent care and remarkable setting.

★★★★★
PositiveWe really liked that all of the clients had many opportunities to be social. We also enjoyed the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter gatherings that are allowed families to attend.
★★★★★
CriticalOverall ok despite a couple of incidents: broken glass not cleaned up by staff, visitors cleaned it up. Battery dead on remote wristband. My dad was stuck halfway falling of chair for several hours until I arrived.
★★★★★
PositiveOur grandmother had her sister living here and has had a good experience so we chose this facility for our loved one too. We think everything about Legacy at Santa Fe is great!
★★★★★
CriticalI have sent a card every month to a resident. Last week I got all of my cards sent between January and October returned in one fell swoop unopened and marked unclaimed. This was not a postal problem as one of the cards had her room number written on it in marker. I have called the facility twice to find out why these cards were held and returned in a batch. Each time I was promised a response. No one has called me. I am very disappointed that my friend didn't get what was sent to her and that I wasted time, effort,…

PositiveMy loved one loves the activities provided for the residents. There is a daily schedule that's she's memorized to make sure she doesn't miss bingo and black jack. I'm happy that the staff is very attentive to her needs.

PositiveHighly recommend using this service. All areas above 5, except meals and dining 2 (slow service, small portions, few selections, food arrives Luke warm). We suspect small work force in Santa Fe.
