I have never felt we have "fallen between the cracks" They always get back with me. They are prompt. The nursing and care staff are exceptional. Mom had one shower person she did not care for. She told me there were other complaints and this person was terminated. The place is clean with no odors. I have not visited and found her in need of attention. No complaints about the food except they give her to much. Lol...The room is a perfect size for her needs. She has not done any activities yet. She does physical ther…

There has been a urine smell a couple of times but they were quick to take care of it. The staff is wonderful for the most part. There was one person that was pulled from another area and was complaining of working there. The food looks and smells wonderful. I think that for the price it is a good value.

My Mom has a one bedroom apartment and I think it is a perfect size for her by herself. The food seems reasonably good and the staff is attentive to her needs when she asks them. She's pretty low maintenance overall so we have been very happy there. Friendly, helpful staff and front office folks. Good communication with family. Great activities director with lots of programs and events.

The staff seem very attentive and provide prompt response when assistance is needed. Staff seem genuinely concerned and happy to help. Based on my personal working experience, I believe the Management at Legacy provides a healthy work environment for the staff and that support for staff pours over into the care they give the residents. I feel very good about choosing Legacy for my mother's care and would definitely recommend it.
