Our experience is overall good! While room for improvement, I wouldn't still recommend it.............

Majority of the staff is amazing! The place is beautiful and has resort-like vibes. Those employees that are day to day involved with residents are the best. The one time the medical button was pushed, no one showed up. The food is lacking; a big complaint among residents. My grandmothers biggest complaint (besides the food) was the stains on the carpet. Varied Levels of Excellent Care

Staff is friendly and very efficient, available when you need them. Food is very good and they will adapt if you don't want what's on the menu. Also available at anytime. I love the little library with 2 parakeets in it. Residents are welcoming and friendly. Building is beautiful and individual rooms home-like. Only criticism is I think they need to replace the carpeting-it's the only thing that looks over worn. It would be a really nice improvement. Oh, also lots of activities available if interested.

Learn Tagala or Spanish and know other cultures and values are not the same as ours. The staff at Legacy House show a lot of patience with their residents. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

Lovely place overall

It's a lovely place but when they sent her to the ER because my Mom fell the second night she was at her apartment (Assisted living) they sent her out without any of my contact information or give me a call. I had to go find her once I heard that she was sent to ER during the night. The hospital workers were glad to see me walk in looking for her. After couple of incidences along the way...a stay at a rehabilitation Ctr and another visit to an ER, the nurse in charge ( [name removed] ) determined that my mom cannot…

Great resource!

My sisters, brother in law, and I are comfortable and trust our Mother is safe. If families can afford it which is probably the biggest concern for most people. There isn't a whole lot that can be done about that. I do really also appreciate "A Place for Mom" for all the information and resources provided. We had no idea where to start at the beginning. You saved us quite a bit of time during our search. We were quickly able to narrow our choice and get my Mom to see Legacy House.
