We as a family and my mother who is the resident absolutely love legacy. The facility is beautifully decorated and well run, and the staff is amazing and makes you feel like family. The breadth of offerings is broad, and my mother is really happy being there despite the initial shift in moving out of her house for 30 years. Generally the staff are professional and helpful. My parents need some of the highest levels of care that legacy provides and they like the staff and we find they are receiving good care and assistance. My parents were not initially excited to leave their home but now consider Legacy their home. Due to physical challenges they were becoming more and more socially isolated in their previous home but now they have friends and daily opportunities to socialize. The rating was a 5 until a few months ago. The food which was great is now occasionally good, but many times inedible and at times the meat is a mystery-can't even tell what it is supposed to be. My loved one was getting a lot of pressure to be in bed before 9 because "that is when they get off".
