Overall would recommend

The communication from staff, especially upper echelon could be improved. The food is very good and generally nutritious. Activities are geared very well to the population. We had some issues with housekeeping and laundry. Those things did seem inconsistent and needed some occasional prodding.

Happy New Resident

New, comfortable, well managed with well trained, experienced personnel. 200 residents in Independent, Assisted and Memory care categories. Separated by apt. location and dining accommodations. Multiple entertaining activities . Structured to encourage resident interaction. After just three weeks I'm settling in comfortably.

A Seamless Transition

Morningstar at the Canyons felt like home from the very start! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the residents seem truly happy. The community is clean, there are plenty of activities, and the food is outstanding.

The staff member was great listened well got us in to see a few apartments. It was our first tour and he's having Nero cognitive changes and wasn't ready to commit to a new residence . We have outblooking for a place on hold and will begin again either in Vegas or near a family member in 2026

friendly staff, aesthetically pleasing and clean facility.

The main thing I would say is to improve communication on all levels. Also the medical staff seems to always be in disarray as to what is going on. Especially coordinating with the in-house physician and the client's family. What I like most is the friendliness of the staff and the activities director is wonderful.
