Positive[name removed] was awesome! She listened and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was friendly. This place is the nicest most well appointed I’ve seen in Parker County.

PositiveFacility has a community feel to it. All the staff we met seem dedicated to the residents. We met some residents and they seemed happy. The whole place is very clean and seems up to date. We were disappointed that they didn’t have a vacancy.

Staff is great and helpful, only complaint from my mother-in-law is the food. She used to work in the catering business, so she's more knowledgeable in that area. She's been in the assisted living part of it, but transferring to independent living soon. The staff, caretakers and physical therapist are the only reason she's doing so well.

PositiveGood but could be better
Cleanliness, food, med delivery, and activities have been very good. I can't give 5 stars because they need to communicate better about my mother's health, level of activity, physician attendance, warning signs like sleeping all day, or significant changes in behavior. We have received zero communication related to these important factors.
