★★★★★
PositiveCleanliness and that so many people in the management team knew the residents by name, even in crowded situations. I would. Recommend that families ask a lot of questions that pertain to their own person, because every senior person, whether independent, needing some assistance, or experiencing memory impairment, is an individual whose needs are also individual. That is difficult in an industry that is built impersonally.

PositiveThis place is wonderful. The activities they offer could keep people busy each day. Kitchen is open from like 8am - 6:30pm. That's rare for Independent Living places. That's because this building is separate from the assisted living and memory care (which I love). Each month they have a special night of something. Last month it was Vegas Night. They actually brought in gambling tables and changed the lobby/bistro into a casino. It was so much fun. There is a different theme each month. Families of the residents can…

PositiveThe staff is excellent. They are very caring and communicate well with families. We had a lot of difficulty with the medical providers there, but the staff of the building have been wonderful to work with. The apartment units are also a great size. I've seen several residents gathering in groups to do activities together, and staff often is seen speaking to residents. The facility is always well cleaned and decorated for the season. There are ample parking spaces for residents and family members. The shuttle servic…

PositiveI only wish I had convinced my parents to move to Legacy Reserve sooner, while they good benefit from it for longer. They're currently on the wait list to move up to independent living. But the staff has been great in communicating with me and showing care for them. They love the parties and events and special holiday meals that are open to extended family members for a small fee.
★★★★★
PositiveI would continue to rate it a 5. The people are nice. The food is good. I like that you can get food anytime during the day and not only during lunch/dinner hours. The apartment has everything she needs. The facility is clean. If there is 1 drawback, my mom feels like there aren't enough planned activities for people that don't get around as well as others. Most activities are outside the facility. But other than that, we love it.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was excellent help in the move in process. The place is very clean. It has a lot of opportunities for its residents. Everyone has made my loved one feel at home. I don’t have anything else to say.
