Critical

Totally non-responsive. Took my deposit and no updates. Replied sporadically to attempts at communication. After several months found a place for mom and [Name removed]said our deposit would be refunded. 6 weeks later, no refund , no replies to calls, texts or emails. If he is that unprofessional, I shudder to think about the level of care.

Staff was great and they really have a heart for the residents. We experienced some prolonged maintenance challenges, particularly with the air conditioning and a window repair, which were eventually addressed. Food could have been better and portions for men more.
