The people were nice enough but initially I was told they did not have a room that could accommodate my Dad's wheelchair so the rep there referred me to another facility. Then somehow, after lining everything up with the other place Red Cedar Glen all of the sudden had a room that could accommodate him, but still does not have a high enough toilet (very important) and after checking in with him the other day, there are a set of closet doors off the track and another that has a missing handle. It was a bad experience for my mom and family. This was our first at an assisted living which was very emotional then to have to go through this. She was only there for 3 months. We moved her because of the care. Room away not being cleaned, she wasn't given medicine correctly, and the food had declined.
