The move in process was seamless, they were extremely helpful with suggestions for movers etc. The best part about Lexington is the staff. It's a small town feeling where they all know the residents names, are always making sure everyone has what they need. The activities are amazing, they have monthly celebrations that keeps them all engaged. I looked at 5 different places in Port Charlotte and Lexington was above and beyond the perfect fit for us. I would give them 4 stars. Dining is great along with activities. No clarification on levels of care and nursing could be more involved when falls with injuries occur. Apartment size is adequate and food menu is great.

5/5 for everything. My father has had an excellent experience at a reasonable price. I'm from out of town so I rely on them heavily to keep me informed. Facility is clean, nursing director fantastic, front office staff very friendly.

CriticalAssisted Living is not for the Faint of Heart.
The community is clean and some of the staff are friendly and some are short like you are bothering them when asking for care that you are paying for. There have been negative occurrences since our loved one have been there. The large elevator has been out of service multiple times which is very stressful and disappointing. The transport is under staffed and difficult to get appointments schedule. When it comes to laundry some items are getting lost and sometimes never found. There could be more activities planned …
