Lexington Park Senior Apartments

Extremely unpleasant

Just moved here [date removed] I am handicap and require the use of an elevator as I use a scooter to walk my therapy dog. Today is day 8 of broken elevator. I am not alone when I say I am trapped in my apt on the 3rd floor. Still have broken dishwasher black stuff coming out of my bath tub drain hardly any water pressure in shower black material also found in garbage disposal causing flying bugs until cleaned properly. It's sh...show.

It has been overall positive. We picked this community because it was the only option, and it was affordable. I would recommend to others.

The apartment is very spacious. The laundry room is on each floor, no laundry hookups in each apartments. Elevator to get to different floors, stairs are kept nice and clean. They have a reading room. Prior to covid they had activities, not currently. Indoor pool to be swimming Monday through Friday during certain hours. They do have several workout options including a treadmill and free weights. A pool table as well. They have a nice sized tv room with a couch and a few nice chairs. A couple times a day public tra…

tour went very well, quite impressed but the apartments were too small and the distance was too far from our place of worship. My husband was impressed with the heated pool and the fact that he was near Point Lookout so he could go fishing.
