PositiveThey have caring staff. It is clean with decent sized rooms. The only negative was some belongings went missing but that could have been due to resident himself or other residents faulty memory. I would most definitely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

PositiveAll of management and staff really care. Chef [name removed] makes the best meals I've ever seen. Absolutely tons of activities...basketball (sitting), painting, crafts, pets come visit, recently dogs and lizards, outside entertainment, hula dancers, male and female...it's endless fun there. They don't just plank folks down in front of the TV. Plus, [name removed], top nurse, helps families find meds for the best price. Nothing but positive vibes there. It was my honor to care for…

PositiveWe were in a panic and Our care finder set up a last minute tour which the staff arranged for me to take seamlessly…the facility is beautiful…the staff had a beautiful rapport with all the residents we passed…and by the next morning my husband and I had decided on Liana for my mother…the staff literally bent over backwards to make the admission happen that very afternoon …. It has been less than 24 hours and the ease of being a led to talk with the staff has been phenomenal…… Thank you, Brenda

CriticalIf you are considering Autumn Leaves for you loved one- run the other way - fast. My husband was there for 2 weeks. Prior to his admittance I had toured twice, the staff was convincing, the place looked well planned. When he moved in on March 19, 2019, he was walking with no assistance, had no sores or wounds on his body After the first two weeks (they don't want you to visit the first 2 weeks) he collapsed, was sent to the hospital with pneumonia, multiple pressure sores on ankles, heels (stage 2), hip (stage 3), …
