The facility itself is quite nice and reasonably well designed. It was clean. However, if I had it to do over again, I would ask many more, much more specific questions about the level and type of care that would be given. It was not a good fit for my brother.

At this time, Liberty no longer offers independent living; only assisted living. The day after Christmas 2024, mom fell in her room and shattered her arm. She lay for over 4 hours until we found her. No one came to check on her when she didn't show up for lunch, but they were supposed to. We found her when we came to visit. She is now in a nursing home, recovering. The excuse we were offered was they were short of staff and didn't want to spare anyone to make wellness checks. They were recently bought by a Texas …

The laundry room needs attention. The staff changes often. The food is not edible, my loved one has to buy her own groceries. I rated Value for Cost lower due to the food/buying her own groceries issue. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
