CriticalThe food wasnt too good. My mom ended up buying food to cook. The internet always goes out affecting service to her tv & phone as it's internet based. The staff wasn't very attentive- asking for help to reset her phone was a big problem - she would go 4 days with no phone. The food services supervisor was very rude to my poor mother. I would not recommend this place. It's my family's experience and though it's a nice facility there is definitely some improvements needed re the meals & staff attention to residents
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and caring. While my mom doesn't participate in many of the activities, they offer a wide variety of programs and events for the residents, which I think is wonderful. Her apartment is the perfect size for her, and it's given her a level of independence that I truly appreciate. I also love that all three meals are included in the monthly rent, and the food is actually quite good. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I'm grateful for the care and support she…

CriticalThe administrative staff is great. They care and listen to your needs. The maintenance man, [name removed] is fantastic. He takes care of things in a timely manner and is so nice. The food was good at move-in, however, it has declined at a fast rate. It really is bad and most people have been complaining. The house cleaner women are so nice and do a great job. They have recently renovated, so it looks really nice. The daily meals are a big thing and it's not worth the money.
★★★★★
PositiveI have found that if I need something I just need to ask and that the staff is responsive

CriticalFood is so-so, people are allowed to rent there that shouldn't be there (ie dementia, multiple pets, active smokers). Apartments are small....a 1-bedroon is around 600 sq ft, but the elderly seem to do well with that. There are 2 bedroom options that are a bit larger, and studio units that are a bit smaller.
