The manager, [ Name Removed], frequently updates me on anything that is going on with my Mom. She lets me know of any changes; updates me on any changes in behavior and is very responsive if I bring up any concerns. When I first moved my Mom in, one of the male residents said something inappropriate. I told the staff and they put an end to that IMMEDIATELY. No questions. They just dealt with it to my satisfaction and made steps to ensure that particular resident didn't repeat that. I felt very reassured that they w…
