Staff are friendly and encouraging to residents. I would recommend this place because if a person got worse they could be moved to one of the other building that are the exact same so residents don't become confused.

The management at Cranberry Park really cares about the residents! My mother also says they are really good cooks too. The lady [name removed] that manages the place she is a sweetheart and her just got put in the facility where my mom is but my mom's been there since last month and I have been pleased. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anybody looking.

It was clean people seem friendly, and are pretty attentive for as short staffed as they are sometimes called. My food was very good. They accommodated my mom if she didn't want to go to the cafeteria, and would bring it to her, feel confident and her care at Cranberry Park.

This is a community worth looking into to see if this would be a good fit for your loved one. The staff communication could be better with the family, as the follow up takes a long time to get back to me. Some of the care includes medication management, bathing and dressing assistance along with hygiene care.
