My friend entered Cranberry Park in August 2023 coming from a horrible experience at Fenton Healthcare. He received respect and genuine care, he could not believe the huge difference in care here. Unfortunately he passed away in October unexpectedly. So glad he received such great care here.

The staff is very friendly. The meals are horrible. For the amount of money they receive from each tenant, the meals should be more substantial and better quality. When a question is asked about general personal care of a family member, they always say they don't do that and the doctor has to give an order. However, there are no doctors to ask or see!! So we pay the rent, yet I still help supplement my father's meals with decent food. I go there and trim his nails and clean out his ears. Make his bed and put his la…

I would reccomend that a loved one be placed in the care of the residents at Cranberry Park. The communication is very good. They took great care of my loved one. The staff does art and crafts with residents. They have aides comes out to play games with the residents. The residents that are physically able go to concerts at Clio park go for a day outing.
