★★★★★
CriticalI will say that since this is independent living, the care givers are private pay so it doesn't apply. The food is not great and neither are food choices. There is only 1 serving allowed per meal. Place is very clean and well kept. Front office staff friendliness and helpfullness is not greatest. It is a safe place to be. The tenants are good. For someone totally independent it would be good.
★★★★★
PositiveI appreciated the friendly, efficient, professional tour I was given. The monthly rent charge is too high for my income.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff was friendly. Place was clean appearing. Some of the services were great for some. I personally don’t want someone else doing my laundry. I want to do it myself. In a few years I may change my mind. I feel I’m not a good fit for this place yet.
★★★★★
PositiveNice staff, great for the cost. No complaints.
★★★★★
PositiveCaring staff from cleaning group maintenance guys to top administrators. Well maintained and staffed. Now that I am in a larger building I can appreciate the smaller building with more intimate porches. Much cozier. You see more people and activities because it is a smaller area. The apartments have no match to the ones here. The heating system at Fenton was terrible. If I had spent the winter there I would have to put plastic on windows
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are super friendly and my loved one was surprised and pleased to find a welcome basket for her! My loved one feels confident that she will get the help she needs when she needs it. Our loved one was not excited to move in at Lockwood, but now that she has made the move, she is encouraging others to make the move too
