★★★★★
PositiveA few things I like most about them is care you provide my mom. The community you provide. The caring staff.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is well laid out, nice walking path to walk outside on. Staff are very friendly and informative. All of this information is based on the room my brother is in, i do not know ehat the other options look like. The living, dining, kitchen area are good, bedroom is a very nice size. With the bathroom right there with ample room to move around.
★★★★★
PositiveWe visited a number of different assisted living facilities when making a choice that would accommodate my mother‘s needs. Lone Oak impressed us far more than the others, both with the atmosphere of the facility and the obvious care that the directors and staff felt for the tenants. The apartments are relatively large compared to some that we had seen, and the inclusion of a partial kitchen is a feature that we did not see in many places. All of the residents that we saw seemed happy and engaged; we did not observe…
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is caring and compassionate. We chose Lone Oak because it was close to where my mom had lived for over 45 years. Our mom enjoys her interactions with the residents and staff. She is in better health now than when she lived by herself in her home. We are confident that our mom is safe and well cared for. Thank you for helping is find s place for your mom.
★★★★★
CriticalI do not recommend this facility. My mom has lived there over a year and every month since she moved in has gotten worse and worse. Frontier management has fired/replaced all but one of the former employees to cut costs. The culinary department has no direction and although they supposedly have food handlers cards, that's about all the qualifications they have. They make sandwiches for dinner at least 6 days a week. My mom is so unhappy! Avoid this facility!!!
★★★★★
Positivegreat staff The number of people residing in Lone Oaks is just perfect. Not too many people, and very motivated staff.
