★★★★★
PositiveMy stay at Lyndale was a very good experience-- I had a nice little apartment--the staff and residents were all friendly; the food was excellent; there were lots of activities. My daughter retired and we decided to live together, which is my reason for moving.
★★★★★
PositiveOur loved one was very resistant going into an assisted living community but after a few days when she started to engage with the activities she really opened up and not is happy being there. She also talks about how great the meals and dining service is.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff members are very friendly and always very helpful. Our loved one purchased a necklace that has a button on it so if she needs any help she can push it and they will come right away. The food there is excellent, and the activities are back up and running. They have a lot to offer and the staff are very good about getting the residents out of their rooms to engage with everyone. It is definitely a good value.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff don't return the calls. I'm not impressed with the cost as I'm not sure what I'm getting for the price I'm paying. The community hasn't communicated with me what assisted living means. My loved one doesn't see anyone on staff unless something happens, or they ask.
★★★★★
PositiveIf you select this facility it would be the best thing you ever did.
★★★★★
CriticalLyndale Abilene community was clean which stood out to us. The rooms are good we did not have any problems with it. Our loved one hated the food, however we would probably recommend this community to others.
