Friendly staff

In my experience the staff has been very good, responsive, and helpful. To me the food is most always appetizing and my mother has enjoyed her meals. The activities were lacking for a while, but they have a new Activities person who is really trying to turn it around. I have seen an improvement since she has been there for last month or so. The facility was very nice and clean. The residents looked well taken care. The staff were friendly. Seems to be a very pleasant place to be as a resident.

Overall pleased

Positives: Good price, good food, nice rooms, most staff very caring and helpful. The residents are nice and helpful. Negatives: Not much in way of activities. communication isn't always the best such as with physicians and staff. No one seems to know a lot about phones for room, internet, etc. Have to mostly figure out on your own. All in all it's been fine after we got over the first few weeks.

The facility was clean and better than I had expected. My tour guide, [name removed], was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns and provided food for thought as we work through the world of memory care. My only real concern was the shared rooms. They were small and space was divided by furniture. It reminded me of a dorm room, but I had not known what to expect as this was my first visit to a memory care facility. There are some outdoor renovations in progress as well

My dad is well taken care of but there's been a complete turn over in staff and the billing keeps getting messed up.

Good Staff But Just OK Facilities

The staff in memory care were very kind to my Mother. Administratively, I had to move my Mother's room 3 times in 6 months.
