She's been there over a month and we are all very pleased. We rate each one at a 5! We are very pleased with all aspects of Lynridge. Any issues, and there have only been two in the month and a half, were promptly addressed. We would absolutely recommend Lynridge of Waco to other families based on the experience we have had.

PositiveOver the past three weeks, we have worked with the staff at Lynridge to move our aunt into assisted living at Lynridge. It has been a great experience, and I am so glad we chose to bring Lynridge into our lives. She moved to Lynridge yesterday. It was a little emotional, but easier because she had visited for a meal. The people at Lynridge are super nice. Foir andministrators and the head of maintenance all met her at the front door on a red carpet that they literally rolled out for her arrival. The overall 5 rating is due to the staff, they really looked after Mom. Looking after Memory Care patients takes a special person and they did well. Food 4 overall. It started out in 2024 as a 5, but that chef left, the food was still good after that but not like it had been. Activity wise, they were great when we first arrived. They had a new Memory Care director, and she really engaged them. When they wouldn't let her do the program she wanted, she left. It took awhile for them to get a new Memory Care director…

CriticalNot a good experience
Management of the changes twice in less than 6 months sucked. Additionally, they are trying to screw my mother out of her hard earned money after telling her they could no longer care for her. They haven't heard the last of me. They have sent a refund check with no explanation how they arrived at $[fee removed] when the rent was $[fee removed] .I will not cash their check.
