Nurse is very snippy. I'm being extremely friendly so my loved one gets good care. It's not helping! The roommate waited over 15 minutes for help to the bathroom. Need more help that gives [removed]!

The staff at the facilities are very hopeful and show a lot of compassion to the residents that live there. I like the way they check on the residence periodically To monitor their well being. If there is a emergency they address The problem within minutes.

My only complaint is the food. I feel the residents deserve a better dining experience. Also, I think it would be appropriate to give them the option of a small snack in the evenings.

They have the best activities director- always posted what they was doing. Overall a nice place , just felt like the staff didn't communicated the process for Medicaid waiver. It was a new process for them. We went in thinking we get this service. We asked for them not to charge mom medicine when she arrived. They billed it for 2 extra months and that cost us [fee removed] which could have used for her stay.
