PositiveWhat I can say is out of all the rest homes I have been to with my husband as a patient Maple Valley is by far the best because the person in charge is there interacting with the patients and the people that are working there. The difference I found at Maple Valley they treat their patients with dignity and truly care about them.

PositiveFacility is very clean smells good. Food is good, staff is alright they have had a big turnover since Norm has been there. They are very friendly and helpful. The head gentleman has a office right where the patients are most of the day. He is excellent with them. His door is always open. Their price per month is very high that is the only bad thing I can say.

CriticalMy father was at this facility for just under 2 months before he passed. For reasons I won't explain, this facility was our only option at the time. Although my dad liked the staff (Joey was great) and there were some that provided good care, his overall care was sub par. We would go visit him in the afternoon and his food from breakfast would be sitting on a tray untouched because he couldn't feed himself! One time we went into his room and his eye was swollen shut??
