PositiveStaff= most of them very friendly, very attentive but corporate has come in recently and set up shop and those people don't smile, they seem very unapproachable but the day to day staff are wonderful and friendly. Call buttons are answered very quickly by daily staff. Activities= activities director is wonderful, high energy. It would be nice if they could add an additional outing each week but they do a great job of in house activities as well. My mother looks forward to all of them. Food= food always smells goo…

PositiveStaff is nice, food is good, call button times are pretty quick but the staff turnover is incredibly high. Staff often complaining openly about their jobs. Staff are very nice to residents, though. Meals are always late because they always have people quitting and have to pull staff from other areas, which make those other areas suffer. All in all, a good place so far

★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about Holi Senior Living is the size of the community and AL is all on one floor. The staff are assigned patients for the shift which provides more consistency. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

CriticalWe'll always be grateful for the help we were given to get Mom placed as quickly as they did. It was a difficult process. Our Salesperson, [name removed] , was professional and helped us through some difficult times. The staff that took care of her daily needs were very nice and treated Mom well. They tried very hard to keep her happy. The food was not a good point. Out of items quite often. Lack of optional items to eat if the daily menu was something you didn't like. Reason for the 1 rating. Activities were …
