Would recommend. Pricey but the care and facilities are high quality.

Food rating based on what my mil said. I never had any of what they served. Activity rating also based on her opinion. The ladies at the front desk. The people who provided hands on care and never seemed out of sorts with my sometimes difficult mil. Lots of great people but our favorite was usually [name removed]. What we like the most about the community are all of the staff members, they are so caring and helpful. We would definitely recommend Martin Crest community to other families based on the experience so far.

A nice place

Appreciate the staff and what they do very much. I gave a four to the food because my mil complains about it but what I have seen looks fine. Activities are good but sometimes seem a little infantilizing. Church seems to be all Baptist and not really addressing any religious diversity. Absolutely NO diversity among the residents but some with the staff. The price of care seems pretty reasonable to start with but lots of nickel and dime charges such as [removed]$ for bringing food to the residents and [removed]$ fo…

Martin Crest is a lovely facility. Everyone, from staff to residents were very pleasant. Everything inside was light and bright and appeared squeaky clean. Had a homey feel.

The staff are very sweet and attentive. The facility is nice and always smells so good. I like their technology that lets them know if a resident falls.

Over the Top

From the first meeting at Martin Crest, the people that work there obviously care a great deal for the people that reside there. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. While Memory Care is difficult for any family member, the staff are very patient and helpful. We could not be more pleased with the care our dad is receiving.
