They do need more staff, but staff there will try to do all the jobs. Sometimes hot food is served cold, and they could use some more activities for the weekend.

CriticalThe value for the money and room size is tempting but the building is very old, run down and we had heard that the care was lacking from multiple current residents or their families. This made sense because we did not see a single member of the care staff during our tour. We felt the sales girl was okay but not the kindest or the most thorough. Many residents just sitting in the lobby watching tv, very dark and dreary atmosphere and did not seem like there was much activity at all.

PositiveIt's a very nice place, the staff is wonderful, and the monthly rent is very reasonable. They offer all kinds of activities for the residents and occasionally have lunches at restaurants nearby. There's a little bit of something for everyone there.
