The Staff [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the lady does laundry go above and beyond. They do need more staff, but staff there will try to do all the jobs. Sometimes hot food is served cold, and they could use some more activities for the weekend.

The value for the money and room size is tempting but the building is very old, run down and we had heard that the care was lacking from multiple current residents or their families. This made sense because we did not see a single member of the care staff during our tour. We felt the sales girl was okay but not the kindest or the most thorough. Many residents just sitting in the lobby watching tv, very dark and dreary atmosphere and did not seem like there was much activity at all.

Good accommodation with room for improvement.

Admin staff could be more communicative with family, be more transparent with cost and fees (what does level of care include), more healthier food options and consistent providing. I like location, size of apartment and amenities within apt included

Great place to live

It's a very nice place, the staff is wonderful, and the monthly rent is very reasonable. They offer all kinds of activities for the residents and occasionally have lunches at restaurants nearby. There's a little bit of something for everyone there.

Can't believe the change

We absolutely love it! My sister is super happy there and is a changed person! She's eating again and socializing. Staff is amazing!!

Would Recommend - Good Value For The Price

The people are very friendly. The staff is pretty stable compared to other facilities. The public areas could stand to be updated with new carpet.
