PositiveThe Mayflower manor is good, clean, affordable and in downtown so a lot to do around. But I wish there were enough in house activities to keep the residents occupied especially the ones who cannot go out due to physical health or Ohio weather. I would rate it at 4

CriticalI lived here for over 6 years until I was wrongfully evicted. Capital Realty does not care about the residents. Living here during renovations was pure torment. Constant no notice entries. Imagine repeatedly waking up to different non English speaking men at your bedroom door. Workers took shifts 24/7 for almost 2 years. When the 5th manager in a year and a half wanted a 3rd inspection in just under 2 months I refused. After that recertification papers were lost. I was repeatedly told I needed a co signer. I was al…

CriticalThe building has a lot of unseen underlying issues that you don't find out about until you move in. Only 1 elevator is in service. Either it's too hot or too cold. The carpet is filthy and not cleaned upon moving in. The stove is filthy on the inside, which I didn't notice until I moved in. There's a reason for having a service to come out and spray any building.

CriticalI called this establishment today to inquire about leasing options. The lady that took the call stated that she was unable to tell me if they have current vacancies, but that they are accepting applications? What is the purpose of not being able to provide this information? In addition, proper phone etiquette and appropriate customer service training is necessary. Even if you are unable to provide this information, delivery is important. I will certainly be sharing this experience with others.

PositiveAbsolutely Beautiful as it is an older hotel with magnificent floors and stairway, chandelier- just Gorgeous.Rent is something to be checked into though....studio is $250.00 monthly.
