PositiveI would rate everything as a 5. My mom and stepdad are happy at McDowell Place. It's clean, the staff is friendly and caring. The dining manager is responsive to suggestions and they have lots of activities. I think it's a good value for the cost.

Positive5's across the board, personally, I loved the place. I might need a place like that one day, and that's the place I would choose for myself. The facility is clean, well kept, well lighted, secure and nicely laid out. The rooms are large with two sinks, bath and fridge. The community dinning area is large and centrally located with bathrooms near by. It has an after hours snack area. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was one of the nicest places for the money that we visited, before picking McDowell place.

The staff sits like-minded individuals together at meals and watches closely for any changes in the individuals. The staff were easy to communicate with and were very friendly with all visitors. PositiveWe chose Mcdowell Place of Danville because it was a really nice facility, very clean and the staff members were all very friendly. The room sizes here were adequate for their needs. We ate dinner here with my parents on several occasions and the food was always very good, it was on par with any restaurant in the area. The best part about the community is the friendliness of everybody here. They used to do excursions when they would leave the facility and do day trips before COVID. I would recommend the community.
